DESIGN/BUILD PROJECTS

In some instances, a client will seek out a general contractor to provide total design and construction services including all design services. When such a situation arises, the contractor will need to contract out the architectural services and act as the client. Depending on the project, the client may leave all quality decisions as well as aesthetic decisions to the general contractor with the only requirement being that the project be brought in within the construction budget.
