Plantation Golf Villas Condominiums consists of one, two and three bedroom units that front on the Deerfield Plantation Golf Course at Surfside Beach, South Carolina. The luxury units are in two and three story buildings and have such features as screened porches, open loft areas, spiral stairways, fully equipped kitchens and laundry areas. The units serve as permanent residences in some cases and as investment properties for rental to golf and vacationing parties in other cases. In those cases where the properties have been purchased as investment properties, the builder/developer/manager manages the properties and maintains the upkeep of the units. Total project consisted of two hundred and eighty units in eleven buildings.
