This shopping center was originally built in the late nineteen sixties and was beginning to lose pace with other newer shopping center within its shopping territory. It became evident that some "face-lifting" was in order to keep up with the newer and more modern competition building up around it.
Clary Architects, Inc. was commissioned to revitalize the design by creating an attractive and "shopper friendly" atmosphere to retain its current clientele and attract new customers as well.
The front of the new canopies and faηade are of acrylic stucco and is very bold considering the spindly and very "fifties look" of the original center. Because of this overall up-to-date and new and clean look, the center was able to retain its prime anchor tenant and trade out lesser attractive tenants to attract new and more appealing and revenue producing tenants.
Construction cost: $350,000.
