This project is identified as Phase I of the masterplan for the eventual full development of fifty-two acres of gently rolling former farmland just outside Walhalla, South Carolina. In this quite pastoral setting, Faith Center Church trains and develops single and married candidates to serve as evangelical Christian missionaries in a multitude of countries around the world.

The centerpiece of this facility is a large single-floor multi-purpose room which provides the following features:
- Large platform at front of room to accommodate speakers, orchestras or bands
- Green room on upper level for visiting speakers with direct and private access to backstage area
- Capacity to accommodate moveable seating for 1,000+ persons
- Flat floor which will allow convention exhibits and other functions which requires flat floors
- Baptistery on upper level with window in front wall to give view of baptism service
- Elevated sound control booth at rear of room to accommodate sophisticated sound equipment

Also within this structure will be general administrative offices, children's Sunday School classrooms, book store, musicians' practice rooms and offices, fellowship hall, green room and dressing rooms for visiting speakers, first aid office and conference rooms.

Kodiak Constructors of Charlotte, NC was selected by the client to serve in an advisory capacity during the design phase and to ultimately serve as the general contractor for the construction of the facility. The square footage of the building was 32,782 and the construction cost was estimated at $3,100,000
