Sixty-four units of two and three bedroom con-dominium units built on man-made lagoons that tie into the inter-coastal waterway on the back side of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. Units are sold as permanent residences, vacation homes or as investment property available for rental to summertime vacationers.

Amenities offered in each unit consisted of fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, carpeting throughout and porches facing the lagoons. Property also provided tie-ups for owners' boats.
