Located on heavily traveled I-85 south of Charlotte, North Carolina, this business park provides ready access to the city of Charlotte and other interstates serving the metropolitan area and also to the international airport serving Charlotte. The two buildings shown in the aerial photograph represent the first of a planned eight building complex that is projected to expand as leasing is accomplished.
The basic elements of the buildings include ESFR fire protection, 24' clearance under all structure above, tilt-up concrete panels with knock-out panels along the entire truck dock side and capabilities to add dock levelers when required by the tenants.
The buildings were designed and built in a three-phase arrangement at an average construction cost of $16.23 per square foot.
