This new company served the construction industry in the center of the Carolinas with power adhesive machines and other fastening devices for the construction industry and had grown to the extent that it not only needed manufacturing and storage space for completed products and raw materials for producing its products, but also additional office space for its corporate headquarters staff and management. Its choice of property for best access inter- and intra- the two Carolinas was on the service road of interstate I-85 directly facing and immediately accessible to the interstate. The exterior skin is a heavily striated diagonal recessed "rope" pattern in insulated precast concrete panels.
